1. Class Duration
Each class lasts 55 minutes, but sessions are booked for 60 minutes to allow for any preliminary setup or questions. Please be punctual, as the session will be fully utilized within this timeframe.

2. Late Arrival
If the client is not connected within 10 minutes of the scheduled class time, the class will be dismissed, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

If the tutor is not connected within 10 minutes of the scheduled class time, the class will be dismissed, and the session will be rescheduled free or refunded.

3. Cancellations and Reschedules
Any cancellations or reschedules initiated by Finish Course LLC will be free of charge for the client.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth running of the session, clients must:

Connect to the class with both microphone and camera on. If either is missing, the session will be terminated.

Conduct themselves respectfully, refraining from insulting or harassing any other participant in the session, either verbally or in writing.

Not share the session link with additional participants beyond those originally booked for the session. If multiple persons are connected from the same device or if a different person is using the client’s profile, the session will be terminated.
