If you have a job offer from an employer in Finland, you'll need a work visa. Once you have the work visa, you'll need to apply for a residence permit. The type of residence permit you apply for depends on the kind of work you'll be doing during your time in Finland.
If you're moving to Finland to work in a profession where there's a shortage of workers, you should apply for a Finnish EU Blue Card. To be eligible for an EU Blue Card, you'll need to check if you meet the professional qualifications and required work experience for the field you'll be working in.
Some companies will help you work your work visa papers, usually big businesses. If you are applying for work visa or EU Blue Card by yourself you may consult list of documents you need here on official Finnish Migration Service website.
Usually you don't need to speak Finnish for work visa in Finland and Migrational service doesn't require you to have any certificate for apply, nevertheless some companies might require you to pass job interview in Finnish.
