1. Introduction
Welcome to Mennään or "Finish course LLC". By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of the site. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Services Provided
Finish course LLC offers online services including one-on-one consulting sessions, group consulting sessions, and interactive online programs. All services are provided online through third-party platforms such as Zoom and hosted on Wix.com Inc.

3. Booking and Payments
All sessions must be booked through our website, for  payments are required in advance to confirm any service, we accept online payments via third-party processors such as Stripe or direct banking transfer (only for corporate and business customers, available in USD, EUR, GBP, MXN, CAD and JPY*), you agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a session up to 48 hours before scheduled times or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refunded, no-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds for subscriptions for programs or group sessions are only issued in special cases, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on mennaan.com and within our sessions or programs is owned by Finish course LLC or licensed to us. This includes text, logos, videos, graphics, and documents. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission mentioning us as a source.

6. Use of Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, not engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior, not share your access credentials with others, not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our site.

7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools such as Zoom and Google meets for online meetings, Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for analytics and marketing, Wix.com Inc. for website hosting. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to by using our site.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finish course LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, income, or profits, any harm resulting from use or inability to use our services. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
