policy
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered on our website, including individual hourly online sessions, packages of online sessions, subscriptions, and courses. Refunds are able to be processed only for transaction made not older than 90 days before request form is filled. Furthermore we may only guarantee a refund if the refund form is filled not less than 15 working days before 90 days from the moment of purchase end.
2. Online Individual Hourly Sessions
Individual sessions are booked and paid by hours. You may cancel a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Refund in currency is available only with more than 72 hours notice via the Refund form, if form is filled later than 72 hours before individual online session, only session credit is to be issued.
3. Session Packages
Packages of online sessions must be used within 180 days from the purchase date. You may extend the package for 3 months before the expiration date, and after that, you may extend it for another 3 months and so on. Extensions are subject to availability and approval. Packages are refundable only in full, used packages in special cases, at our sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions to group consulting sessions or interactive programs are billed monthly. To stop a subscription, you must fill the form before the next billing cycle to stop the subscription for the next month. Subscriptions can also be paid in one full payment for 1, 3, 6, or 9 months. Refunds are available only in special cases, at our sole discretion.5. General Refund Process
Refunds are available for all transactions of individual clients except crypto currency transactions. Refunds for services will be issued to the original payment method, processed within 90 business days, and may be subject to third-party transaction fees such as card transaction fees (in and out), conversion fee 3% if not refunded in EUR, USD, CAD, MXN and payment processing fees if sent via banking transactions SEPA or SWIFT etc. We do not refund the processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.1 Refunds for United Arab Emirates
Refunds are available for all transactions of individual clients except crypto currency transactions. Refunds for services will be issued to to the original payment method, within 90 days in full requested amount. We do not refund the processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.2 Refunds for United States of America
Refunds are available for transactions superior than $35 of individual clients except crypto currency transactions. Refunds for services will be issued to to the original payment method, within 90 days. Refunds are subject to $25 processing fee for every transaction and may be subject to third-party transaction fees such as card transaction fees (in and out), etc charges to be clarified in a refund ticket. We do not refund the processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Refunds for Russia and Belarus
Refunds are available for all transactions of individual clients except crypto currency transactions. Refunds for services will be issued to banking details provided within 90 days in full requested amount. We do not refund the processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
6. Exceptions
Finish Course LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will offer a reschedule or full refund in such cases at our discretion. Refund requests outside of these terms may be denied at our discretion.
7. Corporate clients
Finish Course LLC do apply this policy for refunds of corporate clients. Corporate clients are refunded according to the policy listed in their contract.
