Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions to group consulting sessions or interactive programs are billed monthly. To cancel a subscription, you must send an email to edu.mennaan@gmail.com before the next billing cycle to stop the subscription for the next month. Subscriptions can also be paid in one full payment for 1, 3, 6, or 9 months. Cancellations are available only in special cases, at our sole discretion. Refunds for services will be issued to the original payment method, processed within 40 business days, and may be subject to third-party transaction fees. We do not refund the processing fees charged by third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will offer a reschedule or full refund in such cases.
