We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias during our online sessions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or nationality

Discrimination based on gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation

Discrimination based on religious beliefs or practices

Discrimination based on physical or mental disability

Harassment, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior in any form

3. Client Responsibilities
All clients are expected to:

Treat tutors, other clients, and all participants with respect and fairness

Refrain from any offensive language, behavior, or actions that may create an unwelcoming environment

Follow the code of conduct set out by Finish Course LLC during all online sessions

4. Consequences of Violating the Policy
Any client who violates this Anti-Discrimination Policy will face immediate action, which may include:

Termination of the current session without refund

Temporary or permanent suspension from accessing services

A formal warning, if applicable, depending on the severity of the violation

We reserve the right to terminate any session or revoke access to services without refund in cases of severe discrimination or harassment.

5. Reporting Discrimination
If you feel that you have been discriminated against or harassed during any session, please contact us immediately at edu.mennaan@gmail.com. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate each case thoroughly.
